Prosecutors say they won’t retry Arizona rancher accused of killing Mexican man near U.S.-Mexico border

Prosecutors said Monday they will not retry George Alan Kelly, whose trial in the fatal shooting of a Mexican man on his property ended with a deadlocked jury.
