Afghan national who fought with U.S. forces died of allergic reaction in ICE custody

Mohammad Nazeer Paktiawal, 41, suffered “an adverse drug reaction” to an unidentified substance, which triggered anaphylaxis and exacerbated his asthma, the death report shows.
