A massive Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) power outage saw about one-third of San Francisco without electricity during its peak Sunday, according to CBS News. PG&E officials said over 130,000 customers lost power Saturday, following a fire in San Francisco’s Mission District. But city officials have questions about how the outage spiraled out of control.
