Justice Department seeks criminal charge for former Trump aide Cassidy Hutchinson

The Justice Department is seeking to indict former Trump aide Cassidy Hutchinson, who testified before the Jan. 6 committee on a charge of lying to Congress, a person familiar with the effort told NBC News.
