U.S., Brazil float new Venezuela election despite rebuffs from Maduro, opposition

Pres. Joe Biden said he supports Brazil Pres. Lula da Silva’s suggestion that Venezuela hold new elections involving international observers but neither Maduro nor the opposition have supported this suggestion.
