U.K., France agree to work on ceasefire plan for Russia’s war in Ukraine

Ahead of an emergency summit in London on Sunday to discuss the war in Ukraine, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said that Britain, France and Ukraine have agreed to work on a ceasefire plan to present to the United States.
