Minneapolis mayor says there’s a ‘deep mistrust’ of federal investigation of ICE shooting

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey called for the federal government to allow state agencies to help investigate the ICE shooting of a woman in his city, saying there was “deep mistrust” of the federal agencies.
