Judge finds Donald Trump’s appeal in E. Jean Carroll case ‘frivolous’

Donald Trump filed a “frivolous” appeal of a judge’s decision not to dismiss the first of E. Jean Carroll’s two defamation lawsuits over her claim that he raped her, the judge said Friday.
